Quillayute River Resort Policies
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is an additional $10 charge for each person over the age of 12. Children 12 and younger, accompanied by their parents, stay free.
All of our riverside housekeeping suites are non-smoking. Our guests are welcome to smoke from the comfort of the covered porch overlooking the river. Ashtrays are provided. Due to forest fire hazards, we caution against smoking during the dry season (Really, there is one!) on trails linked to property.
Children of all ages are welcome. However, please remember that our resort is quite close to the river so children must be supervised at all times.
We regret we are unable to accept pets.
Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 11am. If you will be arriving after 8pm, please let us know in advance.
Weekends in July and August require a two-day minimum reservation (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
Reservations are guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or a deposit equal to one night's stay.
Cancellation Policy: If notified at least 7 days in advance, there will be no charge for canceling an individual booking, and a 60% charge for canceling a group booking. If notified less than 7 days before the reservation date, a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the booking will be charged, less any nights that we are able to rebook.
All rates are subject to a 10.4% sales and lodging tax.
